Exceptions

We only accept returns or replacements in the following limited circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Shipping & Handling

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been shipped
