Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • SJ House of Jewelry LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.
